Posted on October 3, 2023   |

In October, Chile's central bank is gearing up for a 75 basis points interest rate reduction to 8.75%.

A 75-basis-point cut had already been delivered by the monetary authority earlier in the same month, bringing the rate to 9.5%.

The rate is anticipated to decline to 8% by December and eventually reach 5.25% within the next 12 months.
