Abu Dhabi announces $3.6 billion housing benefits distribution for 2024

The UAE has distributed AED13.2 billion ($3.6 billion) in housing benefits in 2024 to 8,891 citizens across the emirate, as directed by the President.

The distribution aligns with the UAE’s National Day celebrations on December 2.

The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi approved a third package of AED7.7 billion in housing benefits for 5,374 citizens.

The package includes AED3.569 billion in housing loans for 2,373 citizens and AED3.67 billion in land and housing grants for 2,540 citizens.

Senior citizens, low-income retirees, and families of deceased citizens are exempt from housing loan payments worth AED486 million, benefiting 461 citizens.

The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) has distributed around AED162.1 billion in housing benefits since its establishment.
