- Diriyah Gate in Riyadh is a $20 billion heritage and tourism project, spearheaded by Diriyah Gate Development Authority, which will be home to 100,000 people and aims to attract 25 million visitors annually with museums, retail, restaurants, and hotels.
- National Housing Company (NHC) was established in 2016 under Royal Decree No. 7262, on 8/2/1437 AH, to enable the public and private sectors to develop strategic partnerships with them.
- NHC aims to provide quality projects across urban communities with modern designs and various housing solutions at reasonable prices
- The agreement aims to promote further integration between the two parties and offer more design options to NHC clients within Authority’s jurisdiction.
- They will conduct a series of joint workshops, initiatives, and projects to trade data, statistics, and expertise.
