Dubai residential prices grew by 16.9%, the quickest growth since 2014

As of July, Dubai's average household prices grew by 16.9%, the fastest growth in a decade.

Apartments and villas grew by 1,294 dirhams ($352.3) and 1,525 dirhams per sq. ft, respectively.

In the residential market, the extent of transactions soared to 9,876, an increase of 18.8% from the previous year.

The average rent in Dubai grew by 22.8 % in the year to June, falling from the 24.2% growth rate registered in May.
