Dubai's residential supply to reach 700,000 units by the end of 2022

  • In the first three months of 2022, the emirate’s housing supply raised to 657,000 as 17,000 new units were delivered, while an extra 42,000 units will complete over the rest of the year.
  • Dubai's growth in housing supply exceeded Abu Dhabi, in which Abu Dhabi'sresidential supply reached 274,000 units, although an additional 9,000 will enter the market over the rest of the year.
