- THE PARKS, which will be “Africa’s largest sustainable city”, will produce 100% of its energy, water, and food on-site to be a self-sufficient destination and is expected to house 150,000 residents.
- The residential hub will contain 40,000 units distributed across 12 residential districts and over 40,000 jobs will be created in the short and long term during the city’s planning, construction, and operation.
