Egypt to launch housing scheme for citizens living overseas

Egypt’s Ministry of Housing will launch the Your Home in Egypt website on Sunday, allowing Egyptians abroad to buy homes in 12 locations.

The first phase, in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, includes 5,055 homes, with some ready for immediate move-in and others set for completion by late 2025.

Egyptians living overseas can get discounts of 3% to 10% and choose payment plans of up to 10 years.

Homes are available in Cairo, New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, 6th of October City, Sheikh Zayed City, New Alamein, New Obour, October Gardens, and New Mansoura City.

The New Administrative Capital includes homes in Capital Residence (D2 Residential District & Promenade) and New Garden City (R5 Residential District).

Other locations include Arabesque (Cairo), Madinaty (New Cairo), Saba (6th of October City), Bliss Gates (Sheikh Zayed City), Valley Towers East (New Obour), and Valley Towers (October Gardens).

Coastal and luxury homes are available in Beachfront Towers and The Latin District (New Alamein), and Zahia (New Mansoura City).
