GCC residential real estate market to reach $3 trillion by 2028

The value of real estate in the GCC is expected to reach $4.43 trillion this year and is projected to grow at a rate of about 2.65% annually until 2028, reaching a total of $5 trillion.
Residential real estate in the GCC is also forecasted to experience growth at 2.85% per year, aiming to achieve a value of $3.43 trillion.

Rental prices in the UK are predicted to rise by 15.9% by 2027, with increased interest from GCC investors contributing to this upward trend.
Between June 2022 and June 2023, average rental prices across the UK increased by 5.1%.
The Middle East is anticipated to invest over $3 billion in the UK's real estate sector in 2024, driven by promising investment potential and high rental yields in prime city center locations such as Manchester.
