November saw a 3% drop in Hong Kong's home prices, the lowest since August 2017

November's decline in home prices came after a revised 2.7% drop in October and in the first 11 months of the year, home prices in Hong Kong fell by 13.8%.
Transaction volume for the year will see a drop to a decade low but it could rebound next year as authorities lift traveling bans in China.
