Oman has started executing projects under the 2024 initiative “Determination to Implement,” ensuring they align with Oman Vision 2040.

Real estate transactions in Oman reached $8.6 billion, marking a 29.5% rise—the highest in four years.

Foreign real estate investments grew 19.4% to over $202 million, while Gulf investments increased 14.1% to $99 million.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning signed eight agreements to develop residential neighborhoods across several governorates.

These agreements total over $176 million in investment and cover more than 1.7 million square meters.

Four agreements focus on building sustainable residential communities with modern infrastructure.

Over 1,300 housing units will be developed, including commercial spaces, recreational areas, and green zones.

Oman’s housing projects aim to improve urban development and residents' quality of life.
