- These deliveries are possible due to Sakani's partnership with the private sector via the Shrakat program.
- Sakani will also deliver many projects in the Khamis Oasis project with 594 housing units, and 450 units in the Sea View.
- 530 homes in the Pearl Diyar project, 112 units in the Al-Jawhara Buildings project, and 728 housing units in the Madd residential project.
- The work is currently underway to complete the rest of the units and projects for delivery to the inheritors.
