Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030's infrastructure projects hit $1.1 trillion in value

- The total value of the real estate and infrastructure projects since the start of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 plan in 2016, crossed $1.1 trillion.
- The Kingdom is expecting over 555,000 residential units, 275,000 hotel keys, 4.3 million sqm of retail space, and over 6.1 million sqm of new office space by 2030.
- Currently, 15 Giga projects in various phases of construction around the Kingdom are under supervision.
- NEOM is the largest giga-project which will house 9 million residents on completion across 300,000 new homes.
- The kingdom launched a variety of projects, including the futuristic city of NEOM, the Diriyah Gate project, and The Red Sea Development Project.
