  • From Q2 2021 to Q2 2022, U.S. home prices saw an increase of 17.7% and compared to Q1 2022, prices grew by 4.0%. 
  • The South Atlantic division saw an increase of 23.0% between Q2 2021 and Q2 2022, and a 5.2% increase in  Q2 2022. 
  • In the West Nort Central division, annual house price appreciation was the weakest, where prices grew by 13.9% between Q2 2021 and Q2 2022
