US single-family home prices grew annually by 6% in Q3 2024

From Q3 2023 to Q3 2024, single-family home prices rose by 5.9%, a decrease from the revised 6.4% growth in Q2 2024.
In Q3 2024, home prices increased by 1.3% on a seasonally adjusted basis, down from 1.4% growth in Q2 2024.
Non-seasonally adjusted home prices went up by 0.9% in Q3 2024.
