Belgian wood pallet and packaging leader Foresco announced on Friday that it raised €50 million from various private and public partners, including the Belgian Resilience Fund, BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity, and Welvaartfonds.

Foresco focuses on producing pallets and wooden packaging for transporting goods.

The company, based in Genk, reports over €500 million in turnover and is the market leader in the Benelux region.

Foresco employs 1,800 people across 40 locations.

Since 2020, the company has made 25 acquisitions to enhance synergies and professionalize the sector.

Foresco continues to secure financial support to advance its growth strategy despite an investigation by the Dutch competition authority that began last May.
