Canadian lumber production fell by 6% in November, down 11% from 2023

Canada’s lumber production reached 3.99 million m³, down 6% from the previous month and 10.9% lower than the previous year.

In November, sawmills shipped 4.05 million m³ of lumber, an 8.7% decrease from October.

Lumber shipments in November dropped 5.4% compared to the same month in 2023.
