Canadian sawmill production dips 6.6% month-over-month in June

In June, lumber production fell monthly by 6.6% to 3,744.2 thousand m³, and annually, sawmill production fell by 16.8%.

In the same period, Canadian sawmills shipped 4,169.2 thousand m³ of lumber, an increase of 0.3% from May but a drop of 8.2% from June 2022.
