CMPC to acquire Powell Valley Millwork, extending US presence

CMPC and Powell Valley Millwork inked a definitive deal for Empresas CMPC SA to obtain Heritage Millworks, LLC dba Powell Valley Millwork to expand their US presence.

The Powell Valley facility's production capacity will supply programs in North America and its location will provide smooth logistics with strong customer service.  

With the acquisition, CMPC will produce and market various product lines in the US.

The aggressive growth plans in the US will expand the assets at both production sites to maintain their popular programs and promote the manufacturing of Radiata Pine and distribution from Kentucky. 

Powell Valley employs over 200 employees with direct demand for employing qualified positions.
