Finland cuts forest products export by 3% in Q1 2023

In Q1 2023, the export of forest products fell annually by 3% to 3.26 billion euros in value, in which cardboard was 26%, pulp was 25%, paper was 21% and lumber accounted for 15% of exports.

In the same period, wood imports to Finland reached 1.51 million m³,  main supplies came from Estonia a third of imported wood, Latvia 30%, and  Sweden 27%.
