Finland's largest sawmill, Versowood’s revenue reached $526 million in 2021

- Versowood Oy of Vierumäki generated sales revenue of €462.5 million ($526 million) in its business year 2020/2021 (30 June), which is 31.4% higher than the previous year and the return on sales was 11.1%, and the equity-to-assets ratio was 50.8%.
- In total, 44% of the sales revenue was generated on the Finnish market of which 20% was accounted for by countries within Europe, 13% by the MENA region, 10% by Japan and Asia, and 5% by China.
- Germany was the third-biggest individual market with a 5% share of the sales revenue, on a par with China and France.
- Divided into product groups, 47% of sales revenue was by softwood, 12% by Glulam, 10% by sawmill residue, and 9% by packaging.
