Georgia-Pacific restructures lumber operations in Camden and prosperity

Posted on September 16, 2024   |

Georgia-Pacific is adjusting its lumber operations at facilities in Camden, Texas, and Prosperity, South Carolina.

In the next few months, these locations will stop making lumber from logs but will keep cutting plywood cores.

The plywood operations at these sites won’t be affected by the changes.

Only lumber production is being modified, while the plywood facilities will continue running as usual.
