Germany witnessed an 11% drop in sawn timber exports, recording 4.93 million m³ in H1 2023
Beech-sawn timber exports from Germany fell by 29% in H1 2023, totaling 178,500 m³.
In the same period, Germany's timber exports continued a downward trend with an 11% decrease, and China, USA, and Poland account for 46% of Germany's timber exports.
