HS Timber Group acquires Kurekss SIA from owners Jānis and Arnis Apsītis.
The deal also includes Kurzemes Granulas SIA, a company that makes pellets.
The acquisition awaits approval from competition authorities, with deal details kept private.
HS Timber Group expands in Latvia after buying Vika Wood SIA in January.
Kurekss is one of the largest sawmills in the area, producing 250,000 m³ of timber each year with 150 employees.
The Kurekss and Kurzemes Granulas brands will remain, and the current management team will continue running the company.
The acquisition strengthens HS Timber Group's presence in the Baltic region, increasing production and market reach.
