Lumber demand eased in North America

In April end, the price of standard softwood lumber items fell by 3% to $360 mfbm, which is flat from the previous week.
The home-building boom is hardly pacing up as supply is ahead of demand, the suppliers had a surplus of inventory for customers who resumed ordering wood for immediate requirement.
