Russian forest developments to be digitalized from March 2023

The forest development projects in Russia will be digitalized from March 2023 and projects and additions to them will be sent to the regional forest departments in electronic format via a single portal of public services.
The forest development project will be formed in the form of XML files which must be signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
