Södra, Sweden's largest forest owners' association, plans to sell its forest holdings in the Baltic region.
Södra owns around 153,000 hectares (378,000 acres) of land in Estonia and Latvia, mostly in Latvia.
The association works to enhance its members' forests and raw materials to create value.
Södra has started the process of selling its forest holdings and operations in the Baltics.
Södra aims to finalize the sale by 2025.
