Timber industry workers demand grew by 13% in Russia in Q1 2023

In Q1 2023, in Russia, the demand for new employees grew by 13%; in the Moscow region, it grew by 11%, in St. Petersburg by 8%, the Arkhangelsk region by 4% and in the Krasnodar Territory by 3.6%. 

The leading areas are Tomsk, Nizhny Novgorod, and Irkutsk regions, as well as Krasnoyarsk and Perm regions.

On a year-on-year basis, in the timber industry complex of the Arkhangelsk region, the demand for employees grew by 47%, in Moscow by 21%, but in the Krasnodar Territory, demand fell by 9%.
