The week ending July 28 witnesses an unchanged price of $458 mfbm for Western S-P-F 2×4 #2&Btr KD (RL), consistent with the prior week's value.

This marks a notable surge of $68 (17%) compared to the rate of $390 mfbm observed a month earlier.

In a year-over-year assessment, the present week's price displays a decline of $226 (33%) from the corresponding rate of US$684 mfbm recorded in the previous year.

When placed in a 2-year context, the current price indicates a reduction of $42 (8%) from the $500 mfbm documented two years ago.

For the week ending July 28, the price of Southern Yellow Pine East Side 2×4 #2&Btr KD (RL) holds steady at $425 mfbm, echoing the trend from the previous week.

Over one month, the price experiences a modest uptick of $8 (2%) from its value of $417 mfbm. However, it registers a significant drop of $340 (44%) from the rate of US$765 mfbm reported in the same week last year, along with a decrease of $67 (14%) from the $492 mfbm noted two years ago.
