• The acquisition will harden USNR’s position in supplying equipment and technology to the global wood processing industry and will add more than 250 employees and 200,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
• Timber Automation will gain broader market distribution for its state-of-the-art sawmill and woodyard equipment.
