West Fraser concludes sale of Hinton Pulp mill in Alberta to Mondi Group

West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. has finished selling its Hinton Pulp mill in Alberta to Mondi Group plc.
This comes after meeting Canadian regulatory checks and standard closing conditions.
The Hinton Pulp mill makes unbleached kraft pulp, and West Fraser will keep supporting it with a long-term fiber supply agreement.
