3 Canadian ports under cyber attacks
Posted on April 14, 2023 |
Nova Scotia's Port of Halifax and the ports of Montreal and Quebec were struck by a cyber attack, but cargo persists to move at all 3 facilities.
The external websites of the Port of Halifax collapsed due to a denial-of-service attack. However, internal systems are operating normally and port operations have not been affected by this.
The websites of the Port of Montreal and the Port of Quebec are also offline but their operations are unaffected with no data breach.
