Chinese export dwell time fell annually by 62% while the volume of cargoes from China-US fell by 44% year-over-year.

The average days for Chinese exports in transit declined from more than 55 days to below 36 days.

However, many shippers are looking to Southeast LATAM, India, and Asia as alternatives while keeping Chinese suppliers for the local market.
