CMA CGM cancels Congo congestion surcharge

CMA CGM is discontinuing the Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) for freight originating from North America and heading to the port of Matadi in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Previously levied on both dry and reefer cargo, the surcharge amounted to US$200 per TEU.
