CMA CGM introduces peak season surcharge for Asia to North Europe and Mauritius routes

CMA CGM has introduced Peak Season Surcharges (PSS) for cargo shipped from major Asian ports to North Europe, covering Scandinavia, the Baltic States, and Poland Cargo.
These surcharges, applicable only to Reefer cargo, will incur costs of $500 per 20' container and $1,000 per 40' container.
Additionally, CMA CGM has implemented a new PSS for shipments from key Asian ports to Port Louis (Mauritius), starting from January 1, 2024 (loading date) until further notice.
The adjusted fees will be relevant to both dry and reefer cargo, with charges set at $300 per 20' container and $600 per 40' container.
