FMC confirms Premier Alliance Agreement starts this month

HMM, ONE, and Yang Ming will begin sharing ships on 9 February for routes connecting the U.S., Asia, the Middle East, and Europe through the Premier Alliance Agreement.
The agreement was submitted to the Federal Maritime Commission on 28 October 2024.
On 5 November 2024, the Commission asked for more details to study how the agreement might affect competition.
The Commission will review the gathered information to understand the economic impact of this partnership.
