A container ship struck a docked vessel while approaching its berth at Kwai Tsing Container Terminal.
Officials recovered three containers from the water following the collision.
The ONE vessel had traveled to Hong Kong from Chiwan, Shenzhen, China.
The Hong Kong Marine Department is investigating, with no reports of injuries or pollution.
