Russian box volumes grew annually by 33% in 2023

Russia's box volumes rebounded sharply, with an annual increase of 33% to over 200,000 TEU since the end of 2022. 

Since the start of the war in Ukraine, most of the leading global carriers stopped servicing Russia, including new liner brands FESCO, New New Shipping/Torgmoll, Reel Shipping, Safetrans, OVP, Neco Mountain Air Shipping, Modul, and Global Field Line.
